Lab N70 – PolicyBot – Early test version

Important notes:

• Please treat this as an advanced search tool – not a magical answer machine. As large language models continue to improve, so will the quality of their answers, but we’re not there yet.
• That said, you can probe the agent with follow-up questions, asking for a summary, clarification, etc. It does great TL;DRs.
• We’ve designed this agent to prioritise thoroughness over brevity. Please let us know if you find the answers too detailed, and remember you can always ask for a summary.
• Always verify the answer by clicking the provided link and double-checking the policy yourself. We’ve worked hard to ground the agent in UNE policies, so it shouldn’t wildly hallucinate. But it can miss nuance.
• This agent has been trained on the documents held within the UNE Policies Library, and nothing else from UNE’s website.
• Speaking of nuance, this agent uses PDF versions of the policy which contain glossaries not available on the web versions. If you're seeing quotes not found on the web policy, please check the glossary in the PDF version for verification.
• Your privacy matters to us. Your interactions are kept private and won't be used to train AI models. Rest assured, your conversations with PolicyBot are confidential and secure.
