Ascender is the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and holds the data for all employees of UNE. Web Kiosk is the interface that connects to this database and is part of the same HRMIS.

Access to many of the major systems at UNE relies on an employee number being generated first in Ascender so it is important to have accurate and current data, especially staff employment, submitted to People and Culture.

To request access to Ascender the access request form needs to be completed, signed and submitted with justification from your Head of Cost Centre.
