As a higher education professional with over 15 years of experience, Sue has been a key part of our University of New England community since 2005 holding various high-level strategic and academic governance positions internal and external to UNE. Her expertise spans institutional planning, academic management and governance and policy. She also brings experience in  quality assurance within tertiary education, government and media relations, and partnership management right from inception to teach-out in both domestic and international contexts.

Sue is well placed to leverage her extensive experience and knowledge of UNE and the higher education sector in her role as Executive Principal Education Futures. The role oversees institution-wide projects aimed at fostering collaboration, ensuring quality, and enhancing efficiency in academic oversight, processes, and systems. With her leadership, the Portfolio is poised to drive innovation and achieve digital excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of education.
