All Graduation Ceremonies are held on campus in Armidale, on the southern lawns of Booloominbah, and they commence at 10:30am.

The Academic Board have recently confirmed that students who successfully completed their studies in Trimester 3 2014 will have their awards conferred in absentia at a meeting of UNE Council on 29 May 2015. This will not be a graduation ceremony, however, and eligible students will still be invited to their designated graduation ceremony in October 2015. Students will be notified and receive further information via email once they are confirmed as eligible/approved to graduate. They will have the option to nominate for their graduation documents to be mailed to them after their awards are conferred on 29 May 2015, or can request for their documents to be held by the Graduation Office if they intend to attend their ceremony in October 2015.
