UNE Student and Staff Finance Registration Form

For UNE Staff or Students

Please note: This form does NOT need to be completed if the following is true:

- the payee bank account is located in Australia AND
- the payee has completed this form within the last 18 months OR
- received a payment from UNE within the last 18 months AND
- payee details have not changed since then.

International students are required to complete the form and supply supporting bank documentation for each payment.

In order to receive a payment from the University, we require the following information to set you up in our payment platform:

You must complete the following form in full.
- You must attach evidence of the correct bank account
- The field Account Holder’s name must match the Bank Account Name on the evidence provided
- You must tell us who at UNE has asked you to complete the form (UNE Staff Contact).
- An email confirmation will be sent to the remittance email address and the UNE Staff Contact provided when the form has been submitted successfully.
To ensure the integrity of banking details, payments will not be made without evidence of your bank account details being provided. This can be either a letter from your bank confirming your account details or the header extracted from a recent bank statement showing your bank name, account name, BSB and account number.

PLEASE NOTE: This is only for registration and updating of personal details with UNE Finance. Payments are processed via other payment request methods.
