Transform your training into new career opportunities

UNE and Capability.Co are working together to create new opportunities for McDonald’s employees in the Archways to Opportunity Program who want to take their learning further.

Through this partnership, employees issued with Archways to Opportunity Micro-Credentials can apply for entry into UNE’s Bachelor of Business, with eligible students receiving up to 24 credit points of advanced standing (equivalent to four units of study).

This head start enables McDonald’s employees to fast-track their degree while maintaining flexible study options, with any granted credits to count towards electives or a minor.

Together, UNE and Capability.Co make it simple for McDonald’s employees to transform their training and work experience into a university qualification and create new career opportunities.
