The IT Service Desk is not able to provide help and support with the installation of these products. Instead, please review Microsoft's help pages on the installation and setup of the software.
What happens when I graduate or am not enrolled at UNE?
Your UNE account is disabled 9 months after the end of your last active enrollment.
At this point your Microsoft ProPlus subscription through UNE will end as well and the software you have installed will go into reduced functionality mode (ie read-only mode - you can open files, but not edit them),
You will then be able to take out a personal subscription to the software or uninstall it if no longer required.
