There are on average more than 100 undergraduate scholarships available each year for students commencing study at UNE, at a combined value of more than $1.2 million. There are also a number of scholarships offered by other organisations for UNE students as well as scholarships for current students and research students.
Scholarships are there to take away financial pressures so that you
can focus on your studies.
If you are completing Year 12 or on a gap year there are a number of scholarships for school-leavers planning to study on campus to help you throughout your studies. Not all of the scholarships are about how well you did at school, there are UNE scholarships for students:
- who come from rural areas
- studying specific degrees
- in disadvantaged groups
- who excel at sport; and/or
- who live in a residential college.
It is free to apply for all UNE scholarships.
