Research Interests

A/Prof Cosh has a broad interest in mental health in relation to both sport psychology and climate change. Her interests in sport psychology include wellbeing in elite athletes, disordered eating, athlete retirement, athlete identity, mental health stigma, and help seeking. She also has a focus on climate change and mental health, both in relation to eco-anxiety and the exposure to natural hazards and extreme weather events. Her work includes intervention research, as well as understanding experiences of natural disasters and climate distress.
