Titles covered: Publishing provisions for over 2,000 journal titles across the hybrid imprints for Springer, Palgrave, ADIS, Academic Journals on Nature.com
Excluded: Springer Nature’s Nature Journals will remain outside the agreement. Publishing provisions for Gold Open Access journals are not included in the agreement.
Author affiliation: Affiliation is tied to the article's 'corresponding author'. The corresponding author must be affiliated with UNE at the time of the article's acceptance, and use their UNE email domain (@une.edu.au, @myune.edu.au) and IP address to be identified as eligible.
Eligible article type: Original paper (e.g. may be referred to as Original research, Original article, Original paper or Research paper), Review paper, Brief communication, Continuing education. View Eligible articles.
Article allowance limit (Cap): Yes. A cap applies to the number of accepted articles permitted per calendar year for the duration of the agreement. The cap is applied to all participating institutions, i.e. institutions are not given an allocation of accepted articles to draw down on. The cap will be drawn down on a ‘first come, first served basis’.
Article licensing: Creative Commons licences: CC BY (or possibly other licences by request)
