Journal publishing type: Selected hybrid journals only
Titles covered: Publishing provisions for over 1800 selected hybrid journal titles.
Excluded: Not all hybrid journals are included under the agreement, please refer to the list of eligible titles. Publishing provisions for Lancet titles, Hybrid Cell Press and Gold Open Access journals are also not included in the agreement. An APC discount applies to journals outside of the Elsevier Read and Publish Agreement.
Author affiliation: Affiliation is tied to the article's 'corresponding author'. The 'corresponding author' must be affiliated with UNE at the time of the article's acceptance, and use their UNE email domain (@une.edu.au, @myune.edu.au) to be identified as eligible.
Eligible article type: Full Length Articles, Review Articles, Case Reports, Protocols, Short Communications, Micro Articles, Original Software Publications, Short Surveys, Data, Practice Guidelines, Replication Studies, Video Articles. View Eligible articles.
Article allowance limit (Cap): Not applicable. There is an unlimited number of articles that can be accepted under the agreement across all participating institutions.
Article licensing: Creative Commons licences: CC BY, CC BY-NC or CC BY-NC-ND
Discount scheme: Articles not covered by this agreement may benefit from a 15% discount on eligible APCs.
Agreement duration: Active from 01 January 2023
