For more complex questions, it is best to register initially for a 30 minute consultation via Book-a-librarian.

Upgrading is optional

Please note that moving from a previous version of EndNote is optional, unless you are experiencing technical issues or a compatibility issues. HDR students in the middle of their thesis especially may not wish to change their version of EndNote.
