Full Fee

If you are in a Full Fee place and meet the residency criteria*, you can either:

  • defer part or all of your tuition fees into a FEE-Help loan, or
  • pay upfront for the units that you are enrolled into each Trimester (by the Census date); or
  • a combination of both (i.e. pay the tuition fee for some units upfront, and take out a FEE-HELP loan for some units).

See the 2024 Postgraduate Domestic Full Fees for a list of tuition fees for students commencing in a full fee place in 2022.

*If you are an Australian Citizen studying at least one unit while residing in Australia; a Permanent Resident holding a Permanent Humanitarian Visa, or New Zealand Citizen holding a Special Category Visa (who meets the additional eligibility criteria, see Study Assist) who will be residing in Australia for the duration of your course, you may be eligible for a FEE-HELP loan.

If you are an Australian Citizen who will not be studying one unit while residing in Australia, an Australian Permanent Resident on a Permanent Humanitarian Visa or a New Zealand Citizen on a Special Category Visa who will not be residing in Australia for the duration of your course, you are not eligible for a FEE-HELP loan and must pay the Tuition Fees upfront (payable by trimester.)
