Biography

Dr Tulloch, MBBS (London), is the Director of Medical Services at Armidale Rural Referral Hospital. He is experienced in change management, clinical governance, quality and safety, strategic health planning, and clinical leadership, all based on an extensive clinical career as a consultant urologist, Clinical Director and Chief Medical Officer.

He has broad based exposure to many different challenges both in the UK Military, NHS, the New Zealand Public Health sector and now in Australia.  The re-determination of how health services are provided within constrained budgets and with growing societal pressures is one of his main interests.

He has written and presented many papers on a variety of subjects related to urology as well as wounds sustained by service personnel. He was awarded the South Atlantic Campaign Medal in 1982, and the Gulf War Medal in 1991.
