Research interests all focus on either the experimental or applied analysis of behaviour.
Professor Bizo was formerly the President of the Society for the Quantitative Analyses of Behavior (SQAB), and has served on the editorial board of the Journal for the Experimental Analyses of Behavior.
Professor Bizo has held substantive administrative roles that have included being: Head of School, at UNE's School of Behavioural, Cognitive and Social Sciences, Chairperson of the School of Psychology at the University of Waikato, New Zealand, Head of the Department of Psychology at Southern Cross University, and Deputy Head of the School of Psychology at the University of Southampton, UK.
