UNE My Future Finder AI - Intelligent Career Assistant

What is the MyFF AI – Intelligent Career Assistant?

UNE My Future Finder AI – Intelligent Career Assistant is an AI ‘add-on’ to enhance the student interaction and experience with their My Future Finder report. The AI platform is provided by the developers of UNE My Future Finder, MyCareerMatch, and is available for free unlimited use by your school and students.

It’s easy to use and will respond to questions relating to an individual students’ profile report and the UNE specific services.

UNE My Future Finder AI uses a private ChatGPT service and sources the answers to prompts from data held in a private knowledge base. It is not open Generative AI, so questions are limited to the approved knowledge base.

Importantly this means UNE My Future Finder data is “ring fenced” to deliver responses relating to UNE, the content of your MyFF report, courses, enrolment, study areas, and other UNE specific information such as UNE Early Entry.

The use of a private AI ring fenced promotes safety and prevents students using it for other purposes. See NSW education website

These safeguards ensure UNE My Future Finder AI – Intelligent Career Assistant is safe for use by schools and students.

How does it work?

Students complete UNE My Future Finder as normal, then upload their personal report to UNE to the UNE AI -Intelligent Career Assistant portal.

The student can interrogate their My Future Finder report, ask questions about their personal attributes and careers, employment, study etc.

Career Advisors can also interrogate the My Future Finder report to help provide feedback and guidance to their students including, for example, you could even ask what subjects to take at high school for each career.

The AI powered Intelligent Career Assistant will also write a personal statement or resume using data from the students UNE My Future Finder report.

Access for students is free and can be viewed at any time again in future.

To log back in will require a first name and password to remember and continue their individual conversation.

Conversation can be downloaded as a transcript.
