Measures of Social and Economic Well-Being in Natural Resource Governance

The purpose of this paper was to provide guidance to agencies responsible for meeting Target 12 of the Natural Resource Commissions NRM targets. This Target states that: Natural resource decisions contribute to improving or maintaining economic sustainability and social well-being. The unpublished paper, by Ian Reeve and Richard Stayner, describes the development of the social and economic components of Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting frameworks.
