HDR Graduation in Absentia Application Form

Please be aware that it can take up to six weeks for appropriate approvals to be obtained and for the Graduation documents to be issued.

Applications are unable to be processed in the six weeks prior to any Graduation Ceremonies.

The Authorisation for a Third Party to Collect Testamur form (PDF, 51.03 KB) will need to be completed and uploaded as a supporting document to this application to allow another person to collect your Testamur documents.

The application will not submit unless this document is uploaded.

Do you wish to attend a Graduation Ceremony? *

You will need to advise the Graduation Office that you wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony by lodging a request through AskUNE.

Please note that you will be required to provide the Graduation staff with your Testamur and AHEGS document when you register, so that they can be presented to you at the Ceremony. Graduation documents will not be copied.
