In order reduce the spread of COVID-19, the due date for all items on loan from the Library will be extended to 30 June, 2020.
What is a renewal?
A renewal is an extension of your original loan period. If a loan cannot be renewed for any reason, it must be returned to the Library by the due date to avoid penalties and fees.
In general, loans from our general collection are automatically renewed by the system at the end of the borrowing period. However, loans are not renewed by the system if:
- the item has already been renewed the maximum number of times;
- another client is waiting for the item;
- you are blocked from borrowing; and
- your enrolment has expired.
To view your borrowing record and/or renew an item, please login to My Account. After you have done so, you will see a list of the items you have on loan, with options to renew.
