Research UNE

e-Publications@UNE is changing!

Researcher profiles and all outputs submissions processes are about to be significantly improved with the UNE Library’s upgrade to the new institutional repository, Research UNE. The new repository platform centralises the publications processing of all research outputs including publications, research datasets, and non-traditional research outputs.

Research UNE sees the University transition towards a new and improved platform based on DSpace-CRIS.

The Researcher Services Librarians have been providing in-person information sessions to all faculties between 27–31 August

Please note that during the entire month of September 2018 there will be a submissions freeze on the current e-Publications@UNE repository: no new research submissions will be able to be made.

Submissions to the new Research UNE repository will be available from 2 October. UNE researchers will need to hold their outputs submissions in personal libraries, bibliographic databases (EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, or others), or in their Research Identifier profiles (ORCiD, Scopus ID, Researcher ID, or others). These collections can be submitted in bulk to Research UNE.

Any researchers or research support staff wanting to familiarise themselves with Research UNE will be able to attend drop-in sessions at the Dixson Library in late September.

A summary of this update and the upgrade project is provided in the following video:
