If you are located in Armidale, we strongly recommend utilising the Oorala Student lab. The lab can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your student swipe card. However you will need to speak with the team at Oorala to ensure access has been granted beforehand. The lab has 3 tutorial rooms available for bookings, in addition to 12 computer pods.

If you are being tutored face-to-face in the New England and North West region, you might hold your tutorial sessions at one of UNE’s regional study centres. These are located in Tamworth, Taree, Coonabarabran, Gunnedah, Inverell, Moree, Narrabri and Tenterfield. The University’s Sydney Campus, located in Parramatta NSW, is also available as a venue for tutorial sessions. Check here on the UNE website for more information regarding these centres.

Alternatively you may opt to meet at your local library, café, park etc. Tutoring can take place in any environment where you will be able to concentrate on your studies and have open conversations with your tutor without distraction.
