55. Documentation

  1. Professional staff collective agreement
    1. A record of any formal meetings dealing with performance or reports there from will be kept and a copy supplied to the employee concerned.
    2. Where a document relating to an employee's performance is held by the University, the employee must be given a copy of the document and an opportunity to reply to any matters raised therein.
    3. All documentation relating to the procedures set out in this Part must be handled securely and in confidence.
