- A record of any formal meetings dealing with performance or reports there from will be kept and a copy supplied to the employee concerned.
- Where a document relating to an employee's performance is held by the University, the employee must be given a copy of the document and an opportunity to reply to any matters raised therein.
- All documentation relating to the procedures set out in this Part must be handled securely and in confidence.
