Do UNE researchers hold the secret to happiness?

Published 08 July 2014

Do you or someone you know want to feel happier?

UNE researchers are offering their help through a new online happiness study.

UNE Associate Professor of Psychology Dr John Malouff and Psychology honours researcher Naomi Wyndham are looking to bring a little light into people’s lives.

“We are testing a brief method to improve happiness, but we can’t tell you what it is, until you sign up,” Dr Malouff said.

“Participants put about half an hour of time into the study and may experience increased happiness that could last for weeks.”
