Location: The Armidale Aboriginal Community Garden is located next to Doody Park oval.

All Armidale community members and visitors are welcome to join us in the Aboriginal community garden to help plant 400 native trees, shrubs and grasses. Learn more about Aboriginal environmental science, land management, traditional medicine, and weaving practices. Hear from community leaders and Elders about the connections between healthy Country, cultural revival and mental and physical wellbeing.

Please bring your own hat, sunscreen, gloves and water bottle.

Free light afternoon tea and BBQ dinner provided, as well as dance, music and live entertainment around the fire pit.
