Over three days, Oorala creates the opportunity for all commencing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to visit the Armidale campus. This includes both on-campus and online students.

Students get to meet other students, and their academic coordinators, get their student cards sorted and work through any enrollment issues whilst having lots of fun. The group will visit the Armidale Cultural Centre and Keeping Place and take a trip out to the Blue Hole as they get a feel for what Armidale has to offer.

The students get to stay in and experience college life accommodation and create new friendships with other students on the same study journey.
