Join us at the smoking ceremony, enjoy some dancing, get your hands into some ochre and add your handprints as a symbol of coming together and friendship.

Students and members of staff from right across the university alongside members of the local community are invited to celebrate the opening of this newly re-created outdoor garden and meeting place at Oorala.

There were some years in the planning and some months in the building and now the courtyard space has been transformed into an area where we can extend our acivities into a space designed for meeting and sharing.

The official ceremony will be followed by music from the Kelly Gang and a BBQ supper.

Please let us know if you plan to drop by, mostly for catering purposes.
