Records Management System (TRIM)
Records Management Office manages UNE's Document Management System - TRIM.
What is TRIM?
TRIM (Total Records and Information Management) is the official Records and Electronic Document Management System for the University of New England. Simply, it is a tool for managing records, whether they are paper or electronic.
TRIM can also effectively track records by applying an action, procedure or workflow. This is particularly useful for managing your workflow and can be designed for the specific needs of any business unit at UNE.
TRIM is also integrated with Microsoft Outlook for easy drag and drop or one-click record keeping compliance for emails.
