2020 room bookings

Return to Campus and COVIDSafe Compliance

Under the new Return to Campus Plan, all room bookings and conference requests are required to undergo a risk assessment in line with current COVID-19 government restrictions.

Until further notice, the Web Room Booking portal will be closed and all room booking requests must be sent to scheduling@une.edu.au and include the following information:

  1. Booking title;
  2. Dates;
  3. Number of attendees;
  4. Duration; and
  5. Number of rooms and/or specific locations required.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Staff Bookings

Staff members are able to book venues for non-teaching activities, guest lectures, seminars and general meetings.

*Please note, if you require a booking for teaching activities please contact the Scheduling Team who will facilitate this for you in order for the booking to appear on student timetables.


Student Bookings

Students are able to book venues for official UNE student societies, guilds and group activities.


Community Members and Visitor Bookings

The wider community can book certain UNE facilities for concerts, performances, licensed events, conferences or similar. Please note charges may apply.

Completion of the Community and Visitor Room Booking Request is required for consideration. More information can be found below.
