If you don’t have the educational background for admission into a science based degree, our Science Pathways in the Bachelor of Scientific Studies may be the best option for you. Within the Science Pathways you will complete foundation units in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics, plus a range of elective units that can later be counted towards a number of our other Bachelors degrees. The Science Pathways provide the foundation to help you successfully launch your career in science. If you don’t have the educational background for admission into a computer science and information technology based degree, our Computer Science Pathway through the Diploma in Information Technology may be the best option for you. The Diploma is a one-year course that will provide students with a foundation in computing/IT, and the flexibility to take on more advanced and specialised topics. The Diploma has also been designed to act as an entry and exit pathway for the Bachelor of Computer Science. Alternatively, you can undertake the Bachelor of Scientific Studies through the Science Pathways above. We also offer single Introductory Units to help boost your academic background in the areas of chemistry, mathematics and physics. In addition, we offer two free introductory courses: the Chemistry Refresher Course and the Mathematics Bridging Course.
