Bachelor of Nursing

The Bachelor of Nursing equips graduates with the key knowledge and skills necessary for the practice of nursing. Students who successfully complete 6 trimesters of full-time study (or part-time equivalent) exit with a Bachelor of Nursing and are eligible to seek Registered Nurse status with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a professional nurse in Australia and by mutual recognition in New Zealand. The course aims to give graduates an appreciation of the value of life-long learning and a firm foundation for further study at a postgraduate level.
