UNE is student focused and is committed to providing the global community with career ready graduates. The WorkReady program allows you to gain practical knowledge in relation to the theory you are learning, whilst still completing your studies.

By being a WorkReady participant, you will be:

Ways of participating in the Program

Preparation

To prepare you to undertake a WorkReady program placement of any kind, the UNE provides an online module for you to self register for the program and  you must work through and complete preparation material before any WorkReady  placement can be commenced.

It is a requirement of the UNE for students participating in the Career Development WorkReady Activities to complete this online preparation module.

Preparation is essential for insurance purposes and for representing the UNE whilst with your host employer.

There will be no advanced standing for this module.

Exceptions

If you are undertaking the following courses, you do not use the WorkReady Program. You will need to contact your relevant school, as per your study guides, for more information:
