How is UNE preparing for the introduction of trimesters?

Implementing Trimesters for 2012 will impact on all academic and administrative functions of the University.  This major change management project comprises the following features:

Governance

A Steering Committee, chaired by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Students and Social Inclusion), will oversee the Trimester Implementation Project.

A number of academic or administrative working groups will investigate issues of significance to the implementation of trimesters and report to the Trimester Steering Committee.

Project Management

A Project Initiation Document defines the project plan for the implementation of Trimesters at UNE.
