Subpoenas

Serving a subpoena on UNE

All subpoenas must be served on the Director Legal Services and be accompanied by a Service Fee of $30.

Receiving a Subpoena

If a UNE staff member receives a subpoena, they must refer it to Director Legal Services as soon as possible.
