Theatre

MCDONALD, W. True Sex, written and produced by William McDonald. The play is based on the memoirs of Herculine Barbin, a nineteenth century French hermaphrodite (edited by Michel Foucault). It was runner-up for the 1998 Philip Parsons Prize for Research through Performance (Australasian Drama Studies Association).

MCDONALD, W. This Play Which Is Not One, written and produced by William McDonald. Performed at the UNE Drama Studio October 1996 under the title Womb Loom. This is a medley of women's stories, drawn from life, magazines, literature and history and woven together with music.

Film
