8th of September U.E.S. Open Day 'The Visible Hands' 11am LT5
The morning session entitled 'the visibile hands' was an outstanding success, showcasing the many benefits of studying economics at U.N.E. and the career opportunities that follow.

After the open day session the society was officially launched by Tony Windor. The event was an outstanding success with members of the society and the wider community enjoying the official ribbon cutting ceremony.

10th of August U.E.S. Sausage Sizzle and sign up
On Thursday the 10th of August at 12:30-2pm the society held a free sausage sizzle and sign-up day. The day was an outstanding success and resulted in the society growing substantially in size. If you missed out on the sign-up day don't fret! You can still join up, just click here to find out how
On Friday the 26th of May 2006 the society held its first official meeting, marking the official formation of the society. Members were invited to stand for council elections and after votes were tallied the council was officially formed. The elected council can be viewed by clicking 'council' on the menu.
