Submission review
Reviewing Process
All submissions will in the first instance be considered for inclusion based on the relevance of the submission to the colloquium theme and sub-themes. Full papers accepted by the Review Panel will then be subjected to a double blind peer review process involving a panel of independent reviewers acting on the behalf of the Organising Committee. Feedback will be provided to the reviewers by the 30th October, with revised papers due by the 30th November. The purpose of this is to allow authors the opportunity to incorporate reviewer feedback prior to their presentation, as well as incorporate peer feedback obtained at the colloquium into the final paper for the published proceedings.
Authors intending to subsequently publish their work in a peer reviewed journal are encouraged to to do so. Where the full text of a concise paper has been submitted, it will be considered by the Review Panel for inclusion in the published proceedings.
Review Panel
The Review Panel will be chaired by the Academic Lead SoTL UNE, with membership consisting of academics from a range of disciplines. Full papers will be reviewed by two disciplinary or SoTL scholars.
