Delivery: The confidence trick

When you have prepared well, there are just three things you need to consider about the delivery.

Eye contact: look up

This is essential. Even if you are reading your presentation, keep looking up and connecting with your audience.

Posture: stand up

Stand up straight, shoulders back. It gives the impression of confidence and greatly enhances your whole performance.

Voice: speak up

Sound as if you believe what you are saying. Speak forcefully. Change the pitch of your voice on key words. Pause after important statements and let the message sink in
