Moving on

So far we have been looking at the ‘hands-on’ written practicalities of academic literacy. Now it is time to think more carefully about the core activity of tertiary study: the process of reading. Reading strategically allows you to make maximum use of your time, and, more importantly, it casts light on what you are learning.
