For vision impaired students, audio tapes or CDs can be easily accessible but for hearing impaired students, these resources will need to be transcribed.
If you are audio taping lectures, you will need to describe visual materials in more detail for blind students and it may be necessary to include transcripts in the printed learning materials for hearing impaired students.
Advice on these matters is available from the Disability Adviser in the UNE Equity Office or an educational developer in the TLC.
