The media team within the Academic Development Unit provides a number of services to assist staff in using multimedia for teaching and learning. The areas of expertise include audio, video, graphic design, web programming and multimedia development.
Requests for audio, video, and multimedia development and production projects associated with teaching and learning are generally not subject to any charge but are subject to available staff time and to appropriately detailed project scoping. Some projects not directly related to teaching activities are charged on a cost-recovery basis for staff time on a scale relative to purpose. Advice and consultation concerning the capacities and potential of technologies for teaching and learning are available at any time.
