Career Development provides opportunities for students to participate in meaningful work experience as well as providing individual and group assistance to students to develop skills for the transition to graduate employment.
Counselling provides individual support to UNE students and staff. They also provide resources, workshops, seminars and other skill-building programs.
Regional Study Centres UNE has established centres to provide students in regional NSW with access to facilities to support the learning process
Student Disability Support provides support to allow students with a temporary or permanent disability or medical condition to access and participate in the student experience on the same basis as all other students.
Student Access and Equity provides policy advice and support to students and staff on student equity related matters. They also work to ensure equitable student access to study
Service Quality Unit is an independent body which formally investigates student complaints about process and service delivery when an informal resolution cannot be reached.

WorkReady is a program available only to enrolled UNE students which provides an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills relevant to both study and career choice.
