Sylvia is currently involved in developing a first library qualification to be offered at the Royal University of Bhutan.  The Diploma of Library Management will consist of 20 modules offered by distance education mode studied over three years, and may bracket onto an Australian library qualification at Bachelor or Masters level.  She is also involved in service improvement in libraries at the Royal University of Bhutan, assisting Bhutanese students studying at UNE, and in developing an online catalogue for the New England Regional Art Museum research collection.
