I have fourteen years experience in teaching Chinese and English as Foreign Languages at both the high school and university level in China and Australia. Since 2005, I had started to teach Chinese at the University of Tasmania and the University of Newcastle. In 2008, I joined the Chinese discipline at UNE.

Research interests

My research interest is mainly around intercultural awareness of different Chinese national groups and I also have interest in contemporary Chinese cultural issues, particularly organizational culture in local Chinese government.
