Research interests
Major research interests include:
in corporate finance - agency theory and firm performance, corporate governance, ownership structures, and best practice and their application to the performance and valuation of corporations; Financial system and market reforms in East Asia and China; Non Bank Financial Institutions in East Asia and China.
