Dr Lorraine Graham - Research - Students
Research Students
I have supervised fourteen (14) postgraduate students to completion.
Six of my past students hold the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, two are now Doctors of Education, three have Master of Education (Honours) or Master of Professional Studies (Honours) degrees, and three completed Bachelor of Education (Honours) programs.
Of the eight doctoral students I have supervised, two have been congratulated on the “highly commendatory” nature of their examiners’ reports with one of these students nominated for the 2005 Australian Association of Research in Education (AARE) Doctoral Thesis Award.
Two more of my students have won recognition from peak professional organizations for the excellence of their research, specifically the 2002 Lee Mills award for excellence in research related to students with special education needs and in 2008, the Learning Difficulties Australia (LDA) Tertiary Student Award.
