Kankana Chakrabarty received her B.Sc (Honours) and M.Sc degrees from Ranchi University, India and PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology, India. She has published more than thirty articles in international journals and conferences and holds the memberships of IEEE, ACM, European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology, European Association for Theoretical Computer Science, and British Computer Society. Kankana Chakrabarty has been teaching at the University of New England since 1999.
