Research Interests
Jenny's academic research interests include 'the self' in consumer society, segment profiling, and women in management. Her areas of expertise in higher education teaching cover Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Strategy. Jenny has had many years of professional experience in the fields of advertising and marketing research for the airline and travel industry and consults regularly to industry.
