Research interests
Nutrition of sheep, cattle and poultry; physiology and metabolism; tracer studies of protein metabolism in the rument using 15N; estimation of microbial biomass outflow from the rumen using urinary purine derivatives; feeding behaviour.

Teaching Interests
I supervise post-graduate student programs (ruminants and poultry) and lecture to undergraduate students in biochemistry (BCHM210) and nutrition.
