Research and Teaching Interests
Prior to joining the School, James obtained extensive commercial and managerial experience in the banking and management consulting sectors. James' research and teaching interests include organisational behaviour, human resource and strategic management. His PhD explores the dimensionality of management decision making in private and public sector organisations and the progression of change in these contexts.
