Areas of Teaching

Jennifer Greaney is the coordinator of LS364 Indigenous Australians and Law, LS 101 Law in Context and LS 100 Introduction to Legal Systems and Methods. She completed her LLB at UNE and her LLM at University of Sydney.

Research interests

Her research interests are Indigenous cultural heritage, native title law and Indigenous policy. She is currently developing a narrative research project which involves interviewing women in communities which have been targeted under the Commonwealth Government’s Northern Territory Emergency Response. Ms Greaney is an active member of Australians for Native Title and Reconciliation (ANTaR) and is the co-editor of the ANTaR Armidale tri-annual newsletter.
